At Pizza & Bia, we understand the two best things in life are quite simply, pizza and beer.
Italian-style craftsmanship goes into the preparation of our pizza dough. Once our dough is ready, we hand-toss our pizzas and top each base with New York-style gourmet toppings, made from the highest quality imported ingredients.
Our crusts are best consumed with a beer from our extensive craft and international beer range. Our beers include some of Vietnam’s leading craft breweries including Heart of Darkness, East West, Tê Tê & Pasteur Street as well as international brews such as Oregon's Rogue Ales and California’s Stone Brewing.
The Pizza & Bia Story
Just over a year ago, I started a journey in Italy to become a qualified Pizzaiola with the aim of bringing my skills back home to Vietnam.
I have been cooking for as long as I can remember, helping my mom cook for our family since I was young. After travelling to Italy, I saw the similar way our two cultures value family and food and fell in love with Italian cuisine, especially pizza. I was determined to return to Vietnam and open a pizza business.
While we break some Italian rules with our NY style toppings, we stick to the traditions I learnt in Italy around the importance of getting the two essentials right; the craftsmanship and care that go into a good Italian dough and the simplicity that makes a great tasting pizza sauce.
